Shipping

Le Silo Bleu orders are processed and shipped from our New York studio in with  USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase. Please note that we use flat rate boxes and padded envelopes and will always try to use the cheapest method with the best security to arrive intact to you. If we can use a smaller box or envelope, we will gladly reimburse you the difference of the fee you paid for shipping and the smaller size prices. Shopify does not make shipping choices easy so we have created tiers for various items and sometimes the platform does what it wants in terms of combining shipping prices instead of overriding them, in these cases we will also reimburse you, so you only pay the fee for the packaging size that suits your order and nothing more. We apologize in advance for this happening and until the platform works a better solution, this is the best workaround. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from our production studio. We ship Monday – Saturday, and our cutoff each day for shipping is 2 pm EST. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and major holidays. During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, order processing and shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

We are only able to ship within the United States at the moment. Canada and International shipping upon request. Please email us at info@lesilobleu.com for information. 

Additionally, Le Silo Bleu is not responsible for lost packages for which delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier at any service level.
