Returns and Refunds
Every Le Silo Bleu product is handmade, hand-labeled, and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Because our products are crafted in small batches, slight variations in size, shape, and appearance are a natural part of what makes each piece unique.
All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to love what you receive — if something isn't right, please reach out to us at info@lesilobleu.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged orders: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@lesilobleu.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or suitable substitution.
Lost or stolen packages: Le Silo Bleu is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier pickup. Once USPS or another carrier takes possession of your order, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, and any costs to correct or reship are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Availability: All products are subject to availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer alternatives or a full refund.
We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
