Shipping

Le Silo Bleu orders are processed and packed by hand in our New York studio and shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

We always select the most secure and cost-effective shipping method for your order. If your actual shipping cost comes in lower than what was charged, we will refund the difference — you only ever pay for what your order actually costs to ship.

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. We ship Monday through Saturday with a 2:00 PM EST daily cutoff. Orders are not processed on Sundays or major holidays. During promotions and high-volume periods, processing may take an additional day or two.

We currently ship within the United States only. For Canada or international inquiries, please contact us at info@lesilobleu.com.

Please note that Le Silo Bleu is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For assistance with a delivered-but-missing package, please contact your local post office.
