Subscription Cancellation Policy

We want you to love every delivery from Le Silo Bleu. Here's what you need to know about our subscription commitment:

  • Minimum commitment - We request that the 6 and 12-month subscriptions have a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancellations will be processed after your 3rd shipment has been fulfilled. 
  • Cancel after 3 months - After your initial 3-month period, you may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@lesilobleu.com or through your customer portal.
  • Notice period - Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
  • No refunds on processed orders - Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to issue a refund for that cycle.
  • Pause option - Need a break after your commitment period? You can pause your subscription instead of cancelling by contacting us.
