At Le Silo Bleu, every ingredient is chosen with purpose.
Every product starts with a question: does this deserve to exist?
We believe the products you bring into your home and put onto your skin should feel genuinely good. Not just effective, but considered. The kind of thing you pick up and think: someone really thought about this.
Here's what our intention looks like:
Clean-burning soy wax
Clean-burning, long-lasting, and paired with fragrances that are meant to fill a room without overwhelming it. The scent experience is part of the formula decision, every time.
Nourishing plant oils & butters
We use high-quality olive oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, and others, chosen for their skin-nourishing properties, plus botanical extracts that support and soften the skin.
Essential oils & phthalate-free fragrances
Some of our products use essential oils. Some use phthalate-free fragrance oils. Some use both. We'll always tell you which. Scent is always intentional - layered, considered, and chosen to evoke something specific. A French summer. A coastal morning. A room that feels like somewhere you want to stay.
Small-batch craftsmanship
Every bar is cut, every candle is poured, every bottle is filled and labeled in small batches by me, Renee, the person who developed the formula. Handmade and handcrafted with care.
Thoughtful choices, not perfection
We're on a deliberate path toward being more sustainable and more considered. Every step forward is real: a cleaner formula, a better source, a certification earned, an ingredient grown right here in my garden. We strive to align with eco-conscious principles even if we aren't fully there yet. It’s about being honest, intentional, and always improving. We use recycled materials and encourage recycling, reusing, and repurposing your containers and shipping materials whenever possible.
