Collection: Apricot Kernel Oil

Base Oils & Butters

Prunus armeniaca

Apricot kernel oil is cold-pressed from the kernels of the apricot fruit, native to Central Asia and long cultivated across the Mediterranean and Middle East. Lightweight and golden in color, it has a long history of use in traditional skincare across multiple cultures. Its fatty acid profile, rich in oleic and linoleic acids, makes it an exceptionally well-rounded conditioning oil suitable for both face and body.

In our formulas, apricot kernel oil contributes a silky, non-greasy skin feel with meaningful conditioning properties. It is gentle enough for sensitive skin and light enough to use in facial formulas without feeling heavy or occlusive.

How It Works

Apricot kernel oil's balanced oleic and linoleic acid content makes it conditioning without being heavy, it softens and nourishes the skin while supporting the barrier without clogging pores. Its natural vitamin E content adds antioxidant support, and its light texture makes it an ideal carrier oil in facial formulas where absorption speed and a clean finish are priorities.
