Helichrysum, also known as immortelle or everlasting flower, is a small, intensely fragrant yellow flowering herb native to the rocky, sun-drenched hillsides of the Mediterranean. Its French name, immortelle, refers to the flowers' remarkable ability to retain their color and fragrance long after they are dried, a quality that has made them a symbol of memory and endurance in French and Corsican tradition. The finest helichrysum in the world is considered to come from Corsica and the Haute-Provence.

How It Works
