Shipping & Subscription Details: Boxes ship mid-month. December boxes ship early to meet holiday delivery deadlines. Typically, orders placed after the 15th ship with the following month's batch. Need something sooner? Contact us, and we'll do our best to help. Often, we can send out a one-off box.
Please order subscriptions separately from other purchases so shipping is calculated correctly.
We have bundled shipping in the Prepaid boxes so you only pay once for the whole subscription.
For the month-to-month subscription plans, shipping is charged every month for the length of your subscription.
Promotional codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.

Every order is carefully packed and shipped with tracking. We select the most appropriate package size - and if your actual shipping cost comes in lower, we'll refund the difference.
